About me

I spent 25 years as a management consultant, working for some wonderful clients across a variety of industries. In 2000, I set up a business with three colleagues.  In the early years, we had the enormous advantage of having time to think and we enjoyed exploring and developing our ideas. 

We hired great people and created an environment that fostered critical thinking and curiosity as well as great client service.  Within five years we had established a reputation for being leaders in our field.  I loved my work and the people I worked with, but after fifteen years I felt decidedly tired. 

I needed a new challenge.

Over the last couple of years, I have invested significant time in understanding my values, strengths, motivations and in developing my interests.  I enrolled in a Masters in Psychology and Neuroscience as well as a course in Coaching.  The combination of these studies, together with my experience in consulting has led me to a career in business coaching.
